Baby Duck Ranch Pastrami Kit
Make your own pastrami in 3 weeks and 3 easy steps with this 2 part kit. Brine. Rub. Smoke.

Part I Directions: Three Weeks out: Mix entire bottle in 1 gallon bottled water, till disolved. Place brisket in glass or plastic container. Pour brine over to cover completely. See Part II bottle for rest.
Ingredients: Brown sugar, pickling salt, peppercorns, thyme, bay leaves, cloves, garlic powder, juniper berries.
About 17 oz. (contains 1 recipe of pastrami brine)
Part II Directions: Smoker Day: Preheat the smoker tp 220 degrees, according to the manufacturer’s directions. Remove the brisket from the brine, and pat dry. Discard the brine. Rub this mix on all sides of the brisket. Press the remaining mixture into the other side. Place the brisket in the smoker and smoke for about 4 hours. Next place in slow cooker on Low for 8 hours.
Ingredients: juniper berries, pepper.
