Fried Chicken Rub

Fried Chicken: Brine chicken pieces in buttermilk overnight. Season all purpose flour and chicken pieces with Baby Duck Ranch Fried Chicken Rub. Dredge in flour. Fry in 350 degree canola oil or melted Crisco, 10 minutes each side. To avoid over-browning, finish in 350 degree oven. Meat should reach internal temperature of 180 degrees, in order to keep skin from falling off.
Can be used for other chicken recipes like roasted, rotisserie, chicken with rice or even chicken marsala. But not wings.
