Carnitas Rub
Baby Duck Ranch Carnitas Rub, seasoning for slow cooker carnitas

Directions: Rub contents of packet on pork shoulder or beef chuck roast. Place in slow cooker. Pour 4 cups water or broth around roast, being careful not to rinse off the spice mixture. Top with sliced jalepenos (optional). Cover and cook on Low for 8 to 10 hours until meat pulls apart easily with a fork. Shred and serve on tortillas with cheese and avocado.
