To make marinade: Add entire packet of marinade (or 1/4 cup from bottle) mix to 1/2 cup olive oil, 1/3 cup orange juice, 1/4 cup lime juice, 3 T. honey. Mix, pour over 2 pounds skirt steak. make sure all is covered. Refridgerate overnight. Preheat grill medium-high heat. Grill meat about 4 minutes per side for medium. Remove to cutting board and rest 5-7 minutes. Slice against the grain. For added flavor, reduce leftover marinade and pour over meat.
Ingredients: coriander, Mexican oregano, garlic powder, jalapeno powder, salt, pepper.
