We call it Mountain Gingerbread because it has been formulated for altitudes of 5,000 - 6,500 ft. Our old version sank in the middle. Don’t get me wrong, it was delicious. But no more sinking! And still just as yummy and moist. Make your own gingerbread cake with this quick and easy mix. Recipe is on the label and copied below. You only need to add melted butter, molasses, hot water and 2 eggs. This cake is moist and yummy. And so easy, you’ll want to make it all year.

Ingredients: AP Flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, nutmeg, allspice, baking soda, salt.
New Recipe: Heat oven to 375 degrees. Grease/flour a loaf pan. Place Baby Duck Ranch Gingerbread Cake Mix into a mixing bowl. Add 4 T. melted butter, 2/3 cup mild-flavored molasses, and 2 large eggs. Mix. Temper in 2/3 cup boiling water by pouring a slow stream into the batter while mixing, so as not to cook the eggs. Mix but do not overmix. Pour into prepared loaf pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes until middle is firm to touch.
